For ages 3 and 4 yr old preschoolers TUMBLE TOTS : BOYS and GIRLS
Beginner trampoline, double mini, single mini, and tumbling skills
Developmental drills and skills focusing on the basics; handstands, rolls both front and back, cartwheels, backbends and kick overs as well as obstacle courses, games and fundamental shapes. Each little athlete will develop coodination, balance, strength and agility. They will experience bouncing on our many bouncy surfaces and jumping into our foam pit.
For ages 5 -7 For BOYS and GIRLS
Our little NINJAS will have fun while going through our obstacle courses. They will develop strength and agility, flexibity, upper body and core muscle development as well as gain confidence all while having fun and being active!

For ages 6 -14 for BOYS and GIRLS
Our Recreation team will have fun learning skills at all four events. This class is for all ability levels. The focus will be on developing muscle tone, coordination, balance, flexibility and learning skills in the sport of trampoline and tumbling. Routines will be taught.
The two dual meets will be encouraged but not required.

Competition AAU TEAM will be for the more focused athlete. With that said, AAU allows for every level athlete!
BEGINNERS skills: rolls, cartwheels, handstands on floor
jumps, turns, seat drops and front drops on trampoline.
NOVICE skills: , backwalkovers, roundoffs, front handsprings
front flips on trampoline
INT skills: round off, backhandsprings and back tucks
Baranis and back flips on trampoline
SUB ADV skills: round off whips, layouts punch fronts on floor
twisting skills and lots of barani back flip combinations.
Your team athlete will be expected to attend the AAU meets as well as the two dual meets ( SCI and WGYM).
A Competition leotard will be required.
The athlete will focus on learning and performing routines in all four events focusing on height, control and tight form.
They will be placed in their appropriate levels by the coaches which will be determined on seeing their skill level at the beginning of the NOVEMBER session. If they move up during the competition season, they may be asked to change classes.
These athletes may come once or twice a week to practice. There will be a 15% discount for the second class. They may decide to come once a week for a month session and then come twice a week as we get closer to AAU meet season typically FEB-APRIL
